The Organizational Model 231
In line with the commitments declared and undertaken with the Code of Ethics, Panapesca has adopted the Organization and Management Model provided for by the D.Lgs. 231/2001, which introduced a regime of administrative—but effectively criminal—liability for companies for certain types of crimes. The adopted Model is consistent in content with the provisions of the guidelines developed on the matter by trade associations and represents a further step towards rigor, transparency, and accountability in internal and external relations, as it aims to ensure, to the extent possible, the prevention of the commission of the crimes covered by the Decree and to strengthen Panapesca's internal control and risk management system.
