  • Frying in a pan or deep fryer: 180°C for 2–3 min with a light coating
  • Fan oven: 200°C for 8–10 min gratinated with breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley

  • Marinate raw: 12–24 hours with vinegar or lemon, red onion, pepper
