- Steamed: whole, 12–15 minutes to maintain softness and aroma
- In boiling water: 15–18 minutes with herbs for cold or hot dishes
- In a pan: the extracted pulp can be sautéed with garlic and parsley to season croutons, pasta or rice
- In the oven: gratinate inside the shell with aromatic breadcrumbs, 8–10 minutes at 200°C
Preparation tips
